Contrary to some self-help book youâve read, you donât have to wake at 5 a.m and meditate for an hour to feel calm & restored
Infact if youâve tried that and itâs made you feel more exhausted than ever, please know itâs not because your lazy or inconsistent
Itâs actually because itâs not how âYOUR BODYâ wants you to do things

You are a completely unique human being
Think about it: youâre actually a night owl and sheâs a morning kinda of girl, or maybe your kids have had you up 3 times in the night and she doesnât have any kids, or sheâs self-employed and is more flexible than your 10
hour day plus a commute!
Maybe youâre better in the evenings or lunchtime
Maybe youâre meditation is going for a walk or dancing round the kitchen to your favourite tunes rather than sitting trying to say âOMâ for an hour
IT DOESNâT MAKE YOU WRONG, it just makes you, YOU
