Finishing the day with some K tape to support suspensory and annular ligaments on both legs!
A good support and stability on the hind legs will avoid too much strain and compensation over the back!

How to justify the purchase of mud control in few seconds?
Today was a great test for this as we had heavy rain and strong winds.
I don’t know why I have been waiting for 10 years before getting this - money maybe - but last winter was too challenging for us (specially Incendio). Dealing with numerous hoof abscesses through the rainy months of winter has been the worst.
I don’t count how many times I lost my welly stuck in the mud, dropped the hay from the wheelbarrow because it was too deep/ slippery.
The mud guards from jelkagroup are not slippery, heavy and seem to stay in place!!
My horses love them.

This horse for sale appeared in my feed; the ad was from a group (not in the UK) I am not even in!
I clicked on the ad straight away because of the pictures shared.

As I keep on working on the content on my new course, I am reading a lot of content in both human and horse literature. I also watched a video talking about this concept called 'Treat the donut not the hole' (from Jill Cook) in human sports.
However, this applies to horses too because it is very common in our industry sadly.
What does it mean?
This is a metaphor used for tendon injury. Instead of focusing on the dead cells (the hole) which are going to die anyway, we should focus on the healthy cells (the donut) to streghten the fibres.
Tendon injuries are very often caused because the training is not suitable. We went too far too soon too quick and the tendon is sending an alert message to the body saying that it has too much constraint.
As horse owners we are tempted to focus on the damaged tissue by using ice, bandages, rest, box rest, stretchings, ultrasound and shockwave whereas healthy cells need movement.
Healthy cells need movement, healthy cells need movement to be able to multiply. Healthy cells need progressive load in the rehab program so do the tendons.
Remember that your horse training should be planned according to his fitness!
This applies when the tendon injury is the primary dysfunction.
If the tendon injury is a compensatory phenomenon the approach will be different.
Pain parameter will be extensively addressed (among many other topics) during my next 2 day-course in 2026.

Quick update & Clarification
My Algo training has been postponed until next year. Dates will be shared soon.
This gives me the opportunity to share again that my training (25 hr over 3 days) is the only one in UK to be approved and regulated by UKRS.
This training allows the therapists to be covered by BALENS.
The range dedicated to equine professionals is not available to purchase unless you passed the certification.
The product range available for horse owners can be purchased via myself and this comes with a document with instructions on what to do and what to avoid.
I decline all responsibility for any other content related to algae based products, negative consequences that may arise from the use of products not purchased or recommended by me.
Any concerns let me know!

Facebook reminded me that I have not posted for 15 days…
I know,
I know.
These two videos will be what you can get from me at the moment …
Two horses happy hacking after a long long time working essentially on the ground due to some difficulties with both of them which limited us massively.
My horses are educated to be ridden both bitless and with bit, to be comfortable and safe for them and for me in the sand school and when hacking in any circumstances …
It took time, it means you should be ready to review your entire relationship with your horse(s), your approach, your codes.
If Aquiles had not challenged me that much (to the point that he refused to take the bit) I would not have had this questioning … so once again thank you Incendio and Aquiles. You are just the best souls in the world.
Juste avec mon cheval thank you for your continued support.

What week-end at the 2025 Iberian Performance Show 🇪🇸🇵🇹
Very friendly relaxing and kind atmosphere, great organisation!
I have been lucky enough to have great neighbours: Coblet thank you for allowing me to try your trailer, JForster Photography this was lovely to meet you.
I have finally had the opportunity to meet and watch Cassy Gadsby Equine Coaching in action, plaiting some horses and I also met Sam and her wonderful stallion from Star Andalusians PRE Stud!
I couldn’t help myself as I had to take a picture of this wonderful dress and of this bay horse not bothered by the two flags (aware of the surroundings and not shut down!)
Too many beautiful horses!
As a treat I had two paires of gloves from Signature Leather because the quality is fantastic, they are comfortable and very well designed!
Thank you Tim.

I met an artist at the GBPRE 14 days ago and she wanted to try the marine mud for her PRE who has been diagnosed with arthritis on C6/C7. She went for a miniature to experience.
We cannot reverse the narrowing of the intervertebral space due to cartilage wear, however we can make them more comfortable. The products I trust, I offer and I use on my own horses are one of them. They help with the supply of micronutrients to remineralise the tissues.
Made in France 🇫🇷
Tested in laboratories 🔬
100% safe for both humans and horses 🍃
I will be at the Iberian Performance show this weekend with my products (including the miniatures if you want to experience on your own horses).

When one of your local vets is trusting you enough to have an Algotherapy treatment on her horse … !
After a discussion with the owner about the history of the horse I went through each product to explain the benefits and I chose the most suitable product(s) for this particular (advanced) dressage horse.
Application of self heating mud (for professional use only) on the back and application of the marine mud (available for horse owners too) at the top and at the base of the neck.
Leave it on for 30-40 min and wash it off.
There are things we cannot cure but there are certainly (natural) modalities available to help them to enjoy horses’ lives!
