The Time for Change is Now

Do you fear change or embrace it?

Today was the end of a chapter in my life, a chapter that lasted 7 years. In the past this would have made me feel uneasy and nervous about what was to come. However, in reality now, I am excited and trust that the door that has opened is a good one.

I love my oracle cards. Sometimes I use them for daily guidance and sometimes to try and unravel what is going on in my life.

Today the card I pulled was change, which made me laugh out loud!

Yesterday, from a different deck, I pulled the harmony card. To me, this shows completion coming at the perfect time to create harmony in my life. The end of a cycle. I am moving forward with an open and trusting heart and this card affirms this.

Then I saw this message pop up today as well "an important phase is ending in your life"!

These little signs, these sacred nudges, remind me I’m supported. That I’m on the right path.

It feels good to be in a place where I can sit comfortably in the energy of chance, but it hasn't always been this way!

My Morning Cacao Ritual

The way I start my day has changed dramatically. It used to be rushed and stressed, now it is calm and grounding.

Each morning, as often I can, I take my cacao outside with my bare feet on the ground. I connect to the earth, open sacred space, sit in stillness and set my intention for the day. In winter, I sit near a window where I can still be close to nature. This practice grounds me deeply, even if it means waking a little earlier. It's magic.

The act of slowing down and starting with presence changes everything. It softens the nervous system, brings clarity, and reconnects you with what matters most.

Often, it's the simple changes, which make the most difference to your life and wellbeing.

Why do I use Ceremonial Cacao?

Raw ceremonial cacao is a powerful plant medicine, which is heart-opening, and grounding. It’s a beautiful way to nourish both body and soul.

Nutritionally, it’s high in antioxidants, flavonoids, and magnesium.

Trusting your journey into the unknown

Today on my dog walk I took a different route around the gorgeous fields near my house. It was a clear pathway that had recently been made and was not there before. Normally this area is overgrown with wild flowers. Today, not knowing exactly where the new path would take me, I explored with the lovely Teddy beside me.

Life is a journey, full of twists and turns. Sometimes we take the wrong turn and have to turn back, sometimes we get lost and sometimes we find our way with ease. Whatever is your story, you always come back where you belong in the end, even if sometimes it seems to have taken. a little longer, or encountered a few hurdles along the way.

Right now, I feel like I’m at a personal turning point. Change is happening, and I can feel more on the horizon. I'm manifesting a clear path ahead and trusting that life will guide me exactly where I’m meant to go.

Finding this pathway today was a reminder to trust that when the time is right, the pathway WILL become clear.

Teddy and I didn’t get lost, we enjoyed new scenery, sparked new ideas, and I even received another order for my light language activated Ceremonial Cacao!

Sometimes, just the act of trying something new or doing something a different way can be all that is needed to spark some new ideas or create change and momentum.

Letting Go to Heal

Letting go can be both challenging and liberating.

Sometimes, we release something that once meant the world to us. Other times, it’s the heaviness that’s been holding us back like fears, doubts, old identities. Whatever it is, allowing yourself to move through that transition is one of the most powerful things you can do for your healing.

But how often do we truly allow ourselves to let go of insecurities, the fear of being seen, the fear of judgment, the need to always “have it together” and feelings like anger, grief, pain...

When do we give ourselves permission to be fully seen, fully felt, fully free?

A few weeks ago, I spent a transformative weekend in Glastonbury and the energy of letting go was huge. I danced like no one was watching during ecstatic dance, I cried during deep energy work, I laughed until I cried with dear friends, and I had profound realisations.

It was liberating, healing, and life-changing and since then shifts have taken place in my life.

Letting go isn’t just an emotional process, it’s an energetic one. It’s movement, it’s breath, it’s tears, it’s laughter. And in safe spaces, like the one I experienced — and the ones I create in my Women’s Healing Circles — it becomes a pathway to true transformation.

We need more spaces where we can just be so we can feel, express, laugh, cry, move and release.

Here are a few ways you can begin to gently let go in your own life:

The Power of Journaling

We all face challenges from time to time. It might be a decision that feels heavy, a sense of restlessness, or a desire for change with no clear starting point.

One beautiful way to navigate these moments is through journaling — giving yourself space to step out of your usual environment, let your thoughts rise and fall without judgment, and simply write.

Your journaling might be messy or make no sense at all but sometimes that’s exactly where the clarity begins.

A few days ago, I spent some time at Seven Sisters. It was a very windy day but I welcomed it using the elements to help shift stagnant energy. I walked to the half way point towards Eastbourne, I sat with the view, and I journaled. No rules, no expectations. Just presence and paper.

Another tip: keep a notebook by your bed. Some of our clearest insights come just before sleep or as we’re waking. Those early-morning or late-night thoughts often hold quiet wisdom we’d miss in the noise of the day. I often get so much clarity during these times, so take notice if anything comes through for you.

So if you’re feeling stuck or unsure, try this: step outside, breathe deeply, and just begin. Our words have power! Not just the ones we speak, but the ones we think and the ones we write down.

💛 Be gentle with yourself. The answers are already within — journaling simply gives them a voice.

Whether it’s once or twice a day, notice what happens when you pause. 💫
