There are lots of good reasons to get an early night 👀😉, and our favourite has to be waking up to weight loss success 🙌!
In a survey of more than 3,100 Slimming World members, 75% said their food choices are negatively affected when they’re tired 🥱 – with 66% more likely to reach for chocolate or sweets 😪.
On the other hand, improving the quality of your sleep through healthy lifestyle changes can create a positive sleep cycle 🔁. In fact, the more weight members lost, the more likely they were to report improvements in sleep – giving them more energy and the motivation to stay on-track!
