• Reflexology works by applying gentle massage and pressure using the thumbs and fingers to specific points to target particular parts of the body
• Reflexology indices a deep sense of relaxation to alleviate stress, improves circulation and lymphatic drainage as well as nerve function
• Reflexology helps to restore a balance within the body to allow if to work more efficiently and promotes the body’s own self-healing process
