I am passionate about the benefits of dance movement psychotherapy and especially interested in the field of mental health and well being.

Having a background in dance, music and performing arts gives me a wealth of creative tools to enhance my practice. My integrative approach enables me to tailor sessions towards individual and/or group needs.

During therapy the client and I can explore their individual pathway together to help them reach their goals over time.
