When back pain strikes, reaching for a pill is many people’s first instinct. But research is painting an even more encouraging picture for patients who choose chiropractic care.

A large-scale study published in October 2025 found that patients who received chiropractic adjustments for low back pain were significantly less likely to develop opioid use disorder than those who relied on pain medication alone.

Everyone loves a nice smile!😀

Most people accept orthodontics without question: apply consistent, gentle pressure over time, and the teeth remodel into better alignment and a lovely smile.

At SpineLab Chiropractic & Craniopathy, we apply a similar principle—just to the spine and nervous system.

Teeth don’t move because of one aggressive adjustment. They shift because of repeated, precise forces that influence bone remodelling and ligament adaptation over time. The body responds, adapts, and stabilises.

Orthodontic timelines are measured in months to years
– Initial movement: 4–8 weeks
– Noticeable alignment changes: 3–6 months
– Full remodelling and stabilisation: 12–24+ months
