I set up You Bump and Baby to provide a unique antenatal course and to provide a real experience backed up by evidence and up-to-date information.

I have designed my course to blend my 12 years of experience as a physiotherapist, as mum of 2 boys and my specialist ante and post-natal training to provide the most comprehensive course to inspire and prepare you on this exciting journey.

I understand that pregnancy, birth and parenting is different for each person and I provide objective information without judgement to empower and give you confidence to make informed decisions that are right for you.

I am passionate about antenatal education and I look forward to sharing my passion with you.
