Tips for Supporting Fussy Eaters 🍓🍌

Fussy eating can be challenging, but small adjustments can make a big difference! 🥄

✅ Eliminate: Sippy cups.
✅ Encourage: Open cups or straw drinking for better oral development.

🍽️ At the table:

Offer meals, snacks, and drinks consistently (except water).
🍴 Presentation matters:

Take food out of its packaging and serve in neutral bowls or rotate the serving dishes.
🕰️ Patience is key:

Persistence in introducing and tasting food can build a healthy relationship with eating over time.
