And the second workshop with .physio is a Pilates for Golfers 90 minute workshop on Thursday 24th July 6.30pm . 10 years ago I created a Pilates for Golfers course for teaching instructors about how Pilates can help the movement requirements of the golf swing. This workshop will cover a few golf specific exercises and will include some video links that participants can download. Our physio Neil managed to survive the Enjoyro EVO at the weekend. Only one fall and thankfully no physio required afterwards. Just lots of sore muscles, and smiles.
