Folding forward as we head towards the end of 2024.

I’ve been very lucky this year in that with my current yoga therapy clients I’ve not felt the need to actively work on social media and gaining yoga clients. It’s been a year of consolidation and it’s been great. As always if you are interested in learning more about yoga therapy drop me a message.

Life has been a little hectic the past few months. I’ve moved house, become a landlord, dealt with health issues (now mainly under control), my desk job has been busier than ever and my group classes over have me teaching in four different gyms across the city, while continuing to work with my lovely yoga therapy clients.

I’m starting to come out the other side and from mid-August will have limited availability for new (or returning) yoga therapy clients. Get in touch if you’d like to learn more.
