Apologies to all our patients who may be trying to access their prescription in our delivery machine today as it has a technical fault. We have had the engineer out on Wednesday and were told everything was repaired however that is not the case this morning. Apologies to anyone who has been unable to access their medicine and we will have it for you first thing on Monday, if you can’t get here before 1 pm. The Pharmacy team

Can all our customers and patients please note that, we are very sorry, our prescriptions collection machine is not working properly at the moment and we have had to empty it and your prescription will now be available in the pharmacy. Hello customers, we are very busy at the Pharmacy and our prescription pick up machine is bulging! If you have had a message asking you to come and collect your prescription, please come as soon as possible so that we can load the bags we have waiting for other patients to collect. We are also running out of space in the pharmacy too, so even if you don’t use the machine, it would be great if you can come to collect your prescription and free up some of our storage space. Many thanks 🙏 for your help and understanding. 😊

The Colinton Mains Pharmacy team would like to wish all of our customers the very best for a happy and healthy festive season 🎄 🥳 and thank you all for the lovely presents that have been dropped into the pharmacy!

But, we really need your HELP now as our prescription pickup point is full of prescriptions and we can’t put any more in. If you have had a message to say your medicines are ready, please please come and collect them so that we can make sure everyone who needs their medicines before Christmas can come and collect theirs. Huge big thankyou to the fantastic members of Colinton Bowling Club who gave us a great 👍🏼 night out 😊 on Friday! The sun shone, we learned to bowl (some better than others 😜) in good company at a great venue!

Have you had a message to say your prescription is ready and in our machine for collection? If so please come as soon as you can - due to bank holiday build up our machine is bursting at the seams!!
We can’t load new prescriptions so please come and collect today if you can!

Colinton Mains Pharmacy is delighted to tell all our customers that we are now using the Healthera app! This allows you to re-order your repeat prescriptions from the app and we will do the rest to prepare your medication. You should have received a message explaining this, but if not you can pop in and ask us for more details.

We hope that all of our patients and customers will stay safe today. We are open for emergencies but would not encourage you to come out unless it is a real emergency.
Our delivery service will be limited for those who require their dosette box or prescription today and everything else will be delivered on Monday. You can call us to ask to have your prescription put into our prescription collection point to be picked up after the storm has passed.
We are also open as usual tomorrow morning from 9am to 1pm. We hope everyone will take good care today and stay safe.
