HELP! Now that the renovation work has started on our Pharmacy we have much less storage space and our prescription pick up machine is out of action. It would be fantastic if you could pick up your prescriptions as early as possible, thank you all for your support. The pharmacy team

To achieve this and bring you a fabulous new pharmacy we have to move out totally into a temporary pharmacy container😬It’s an amazing facility but tiny compared to the pharmacy🫣. We would be grateful for your support in helping the team to make this work for the next 6 to 8 weeks.🙏
It would be fantastic if you could help us in the following ways:
1. The prescription collection point machine will be out of action for 4 weeks, if you have been notified of a prescription ready to collect, please do so before Monday 4th May, thank you.
2. Given limited space it may take longer than usual to prepare all of your prescriptions, but please collect your prescriptions within a week as we will have limited storage space.
3. Please limit any telephone calls to the pharmacy to urgent/emergency requests only. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT! 👍🏼🙏

From 4th May, your local community pharmacy is undertaking a major refurbishment, with 4 main aims to:
- improve patient access to our premises for less able patients and families;
- upgrade the standard of our consultation rooms, improving access and ensuring greater privacy;
- bring all of our building standards up to current requirements;
- provide our dedicated team with improved working conditions. 😊

Apologies to all our patients who may be trying to access their prescription in our delivery machine today as it has a technical fault. We have had the engineer out on Wednesday and were told everything was repaired however that is not the case this morning. Apologies to anyone who has been unable to access their medicine and we will have it for you first thing on Monday, if you can’t get here before 1 pm. The Pharmacy team

Can all our customers and patients please note that, we are very sorry, our prescriptions collection machine is not working properly at the moment and we have had to empty it and your prescription will now be available in the pharmacy. Hello customers, we are very busy at the Pharmacy and our prescription pick up machine is bulging! If you have had a message asking you to come and collect your prescription, please come as soon as possible so that we can load the bags we have waiting for other patients to collect. We are also running out of space in the pharmacy too, so even if you don’t use the machine, it would be great if you can come to collect your prescription and free up some of our storage space. Many thanks 🙏 for your help and understanding. 😊

But, we really need your HELP now as our prescription pickup point is full of prescriptions and we can’t put any more in. If you have had a message to say your medicines are ready, please please come and collect them so that we can make sure everyone who needs their medicines before Christmas can come and collect theirs. This allows you to re-order your repeat prescriptions from the app and we will do the rest to prepare your medication. You should have received a message explaining this, but if not you can pop in and ask us for more details.
