The principles of Pilates are Breath, Concentration, Control, Centring, Isolation and Precision and as a result it is unlikely that you will have done anything similar to this before.
My mantra of LESS IS MORE means that we work very specifically on technique and alignment before introducing any of the advanced/classical Pilates exercises.
