I am a qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated CBT psychotherapist. I hold my private practice in Edinburgh and work therapeutically in English and in Greek. I am passionate about supporting people in their journey of making meaningful and long-lasting changes in order to live a more fulfilling life.
