My no1 tip for saving time is preparing meals a couple of days in advance... it also saves me money and makes my days less stressful.

I always know what I will eat and when and it only requires 2 hours twice a week to prepare most of my meals. I always make sure it's nutritious and delicious too:)

Although it can feel like a big challenge some days when we have never-ending to do lists and tasks... but if walking more has been a goal of yours, there are some tips and tricks you can use when you really don't have enough time. I hope these help!

ps. any amount of walking is better than no walking, even 4 or 5k / day is a good start:)

There is nothing wrong with a snack once in a while but it's worth to know their calorie content!

I have fallen in the trap so many times thinking 'it's just another chocolate bar', I will do a couple of more squats tomorrow to burn it off.. but little did I know that I would need to walk an average of 42 minutes to burn all the calories!! That's about 4 kilometres!

But please, do enjoy your favourite snacks in moderation! You will NOT gain weight as long as you don't exceed your recommended daily calorie intake:)

The topic of intermittent fasting is controversial...

Some people are afraid to try it because they are convinced that it is unhealthy to skip breakfast...

Not necessarily! It is completely safe if you follow a schedule and you are consistent with it. Your body will enter a fat-burning state when you fast for a prolonged period of time (eg. for 16 hours as in the 16/8 method) and is much easier to lose the unwanted pounds!

It's important to mention that it does not work for everyone (due to many possible reasons), but if you want to accelerate your weight loss then it is definitely worth a try!

Even really small changes in your daily routine will add up to BIG changes if done consistently. These include for example:
-changing soda to lemon water
-going on a 5 minute brisk walk every morning
-stretching before sleep every night...

These small things can steer your life in a completely different, more positive direction...
..and when you see that you are able to implement small changes, you start to believe in yourself and create more and more new goals that you will reach the same way as before (by being consistent)

You will definitely feel the burn and notice results within a couple of days (although it's also important to pay attention to what you put into your body, doing this workout consistently is a great step towards feeling and looking more fit).
