Kundalini Yoga Kotomi used to practice yoga for fitness.

Kotomi is a Hatha yoga teacher, Tantra massage therapist, Fitness instractor, Psychic Card reader/ Medium and she is also assisting an organisation of Indian Nadi astrology Palm Leaf Reading. However in 2019, when Kotomi discovered authentic Tantric Yoga and yoga philosophy, it completely changed her life and she fell deep into the yogic direction. Since then she has not stopped studying in order

to expand her knowledge, branching out to explore many aspects of yoga. As a result, her health and mental health has been dramatically improved and become more stable. Kotomi realised that mental stability affects your reality, also the body tells us the what emotions to focus on to improve and overcome obstacles in one’s life. She completed RYT 500+ hours (Hatha/Vinyasa yoga for 200 hours, Kundalini/Holistic yoga for 300 hours at Indian school) and has kept studying Kundalini and Tantra yoga for over 3 years at the school. Her motivation is to become a messenger of Rishi’s ancient wisdom: Hatha yoga, pranayama, and Meditation with mantra to bring balance physically mentally and spiritually. Kotomi teaches All level Hatha yoga classes, inspired by Kundalini and Tantra, including pranayama and meditation every Thursday from 08:30 - 09:30 with Beetroot Wellness Centre.

There is no Monday yoga class today as the day to study about my own spiritual growth🥰
I will return next Monday 30th June as usual.

Also information in advance, my Monday yoga classes will be partially online, and no physical classes during July. The studio wants to use for rehearsal for the fringe.

If you would like to join Monday online class, it will be donation based class. please send me DM or comment below. I will give you a details😄

✨ Every Monday evening, I also hold a weekly at “Art and Spirituality .co.uk
Although the class name has changed, Holistic Yoga to Shin-Gi-Tai Yoga, the content remains very much the same.
The focus will be even more on aligning and balancing the body and mind, and I’ll be sharing practical tools and knowledge to support this process. I warmly invite you to join us!

✨What is “Shin-Gi-Tai”?
This is a traditional Japanese concept often used in martial arts and sports, emphasizing the importance of balance between:
🧠 Shin (Mind) – Mental focus, emotional balance, patience, and inner strength
🎯 Gi (Technique) – Skills, knowledge, and movement developed through practice
💪 Tai (Body) – Physical strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall health
True growth and performance come when all three—mind, technique, and body—are in harmony.
🧘‍♀️In this class, I blend the spirit of Shin-Gi-Tai with traditional yogic wisdom from Ta**ra, Kundalini, Kriya, and other classical Hatha Yoga practices.
I also incorporate Yoga Therapy techniques designed to support healing, prevent injuries, and maintain overall well-being.
✅ No flexibility or experience required.
Whether you’re new to yoga or think you’re “not flexible enough,” you are most welcome here!
🌸 Let’s create a space where we gently strengthen the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with our inner wisdom

🧘‍♀️ The class is £10 per session.

From May, I’ll be offering a new class called “Shin-Gi-Tai Yoga”, an evolution of what I’ve been sharing as Holistic Yoga.
