Join me on Wednesdays 6pm at Edinburgh Salt Rooms for a Soul Truth Journey

Allow me to guide the way as we uncover the truth anchored deep in your body

I create, with years of deep trust, knowing, walking alongside others who also go into the depths of their darkness

"Healing is not becoming the best version of yourself, Healing is letting the worst version of yourself be loved"

These sessions are for those of you who are ready to face your Truth

Who are ready to uncover places/ wounds that have been hiding, that are no longer willing to stay in the darkness, that are ready to be shown truth

If you feel the resonance in your body then this is for you

Bring your darkness, I'm open to embrace it with you, let's show it truth, let's Alchemize it into your Power

A wound is only a wound if you allow it to be

In order to encounter your Light, we first travel through Darkness

I know it hurts, I feel it too

I'm in for the whole human experience, feeling into the depths of me, Are you?

Compassion & love for oneself comes when you walk through the darkness

A flower is not born as a flower but as a seed that transforms from being in dark to experiencing light

Know that there is a force greater than you can ever imagine all around and within you, a presence, the "I AM"

Let me hold space for you, let's reconnect to the space within, the place that many have forgotten, the space that feels it all

I love the energy that flowers bring into the home

The love, the purity, the feel good feeling

My love for tulips started many years ago & has continued

The first time I saw fields of tulips on TV when I was a child, I was mesmerised by how so much beauty could be in one place at one time

They bring me so much joy

Sharing pictures of our favourite items helps raise the frequency of ourselves and others around us as the energy expands

This video wasn't from today, I never took one, I was so caught up in the moment, the sound

It reminded me how much I love spending time by the Ocean, listening to the sound of the waves

When I lived in Africa I loved sitting at the beach almost everyday, listening to the ocean as the waves lapped the shore

They provided so much comfort & soothing for my Soul at the time & I know they still do today, my whole body just surrenders to the sound

It's the same in the morning when I open my window and listen to the birds sing

That's why for me, the best sounds are those found in nature as they reach levels no others can

Don't you just love when the glimpses of light start to flow through

It's always the unfolding of something beautiful

It doesn't happen all at once but piece by piece, no rush, no haste

To be in it, is to witness it all otherwise we would only see the outside layers

Some people think, seeing is believing but we already know that isn't truth as everything can be manipulated for you to see/ believe what the mind wants you to see

Everyday we get the chance to remember just a little bit more & it's through this remembering & how we choose to remember that's significant

We can all get caught up in the busy ness of life which is why I decided to start Sunday sessions on the Beach

If you are in Edinburgh & looking for something to do over the weekend, I have a free event this Sunday at Portobello Beach 2pm

Il provide a Guided Meditation & afterwards there will be a chance for a chat and reflection and I'm sure some laughs too

Join me this coming Sunday at Portobello Beach in Edinburgh for a Deeply nourishing guided meditation with all my usual bits, yes it's a bit of a pick and mix as you never know what your getting till you arrive 💛

Afterwards we will connect in this space, meet new people, have conversations or just bask in the beautiful energy, you get to choose

Sometimes it's just nice to be present in the company of others without feeling you need to speak

All 4 elements are present, earth, air, water & I will bring the 🔥 unless of course someone wants to volunteer the wood as I've no car at present

I see lots talking about the Fire horse today, so instead I will grace your lives with my adventures yesterday

2 buses and 2 trains later I got to meet my Granddaughter Corah

There were obviously lots of cuddles, a rainbow and a trip to the park with Carson, before I got back home at 9.15pm cold, tired but deeply fulfilled 💛

Time for bed after a 3 Day Masterclass with a few tech hiccups, feeling complete 🫶 learning on the spot 😉
