Opening with a gentle guided meditation to soften & release held tension, while the tones of crystal singing bowls & subtle instruments guide you into a deep & restorative, meditative state.

A day to switch off from the noise of the world, to slow down, move, rest in one of the most beautiful settings in Scotland.

Earth & Water is a women’s wellness day retreat taking place on 19th July at Maycroft Farm, nestled in the rolling Ochil Hills in Perthshire.

*Early bird tickets are £120 until 31st May. After that the price goes up to £130.

The day includes:

Join me for a 90-minute Meditation & Sound Bath experience in collaboration with

We’ll start with a gentle arrival and a bit of guided journalling to set our intentions, before dropping into a grounding meditation.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, letting the sound do the work while you simply rest.

To close, you’ll receive a personal intuitive message to take away with you and there’ll be angel/oracle cards available to pull if you’d like a little extra reflection.
