“A year ago we officially formed Shiatsu Hub — even though our shared practice, learning, and co‑creation had been weaving themselves long before that. What a ride it has been. I’m celebrating this circle of practitioners, the gatherings we’ve brought to life, and the way this space keeps deepening through each person who steps in. Here’s to another year of collaboration, growth, and the healing touch that grounds us, connects us, and carries our work forward.”🙌💗🫶🙏

Moment to absorb warmth, steadiness and light Drawing that sun back into your body

28/01/2026

When burnout leaves you brittle and anxious, LV 3 opens a little more space inside.

A tender point to release stagnation, calm the mind, and bring you back to reconnect

Meet the sensation with your breath.

Let the exhale carry the weight you’ve been holding.

Anxiety rises when the system is overloaded.

LV 3 helps you down shift.

A simple touch point to soothe irritability, ease tension, and support emotional steadiness during burnout recovery.

How to find LV 3
1. Place your finger on the top of your foot.
2. Slide it slowly up, staying between the first and second toes.
3. When you reach the natural “V” where the two long bones meet, you’ve arrived at LV3

You may feel a slight tenderness—that’s a good sign you’re in the right place.

Apply gentle, steady pressure and breathe with the sensation.

Long Term Benefits
• Better stress management: Regular use helps prevent Qi stagnation from building up.
• Emotional resilience: Supports staying centred and calm under pressure.
• Reduced physical tension: Helps ease headaches, jaw tightness, and neck strain.

A new workshop is coming soon.
Save the date: 21st February.
Stay tuned for all the details.

Let your breath become waves.

Let your body sway, soft, fluid, unforced.

Let your ribs widen.

Let your throat soften.

Let your face melt.

If emotion rises— a tear, a tremble, a memory, a sound— let it come.

Let it move. Let it wash through.

Let your spine undulate.

Let your shoulders roll.

Let your pelvis circle.

Let your breath guide the movement.

*What wants to move through me?*

💨 Breath is our first act—and our last.
It carries life in, and lets life go.
Each inhale welcomes the new.
Each exhale releases the old.
A quiet rhythm of renewal.

👐Skin is our first boundary.
Porous, sensing, remembering—
it holds, receives, and lets through.

When grief becomes stuck,
the ❤️ heart contracts, the chest tightens.
We disconnect, and begin to sink.

But breath remains.
A thread back to presence.
A way to soften, open, and return.

🫁 Take a deep breath in—allow courage and worthiness to enter.
🪶 Breathe out with the sound SSSSSS—releasing grief and sadness from the lungs.
Let it move. Let it clear. Let it go.

Strong vitality, strength, and courage are signs of a balanced Metal element. When the lungs are open and breath flows freely, there is clarity, we feel brave, and alive.

🌿 Theme: Grief & Letting Go

Through gentle movement, touch, breath, and sound,
we journey through the body—
meeting grief not just as a feeling, but as a living presence in our tissues, breath, and bones.
We work with different parts of the body and the emotions they carry,
to clear and honour the wisdom of all Five Elements:

🪶 Metal – grief and letting go
🌊 Water – fear and deep knowing
🌱 Wood – anger and growth
🔥 Fire – joy and heartbreak
🎃 Earth – worry and nourishment

Each element offers a doorway.
Each emotion, a guide.
We listen for what is ready to soften, to be witnessed, to be surrendered.
This is the sacred work of release and renewal.

Come as you are. Let us make space for what’s rising— and welcome the unknown with grace and breath.

🕯️ Booking via Eventbrite (link in bio)
or DM Gabi to reserve your place.
Suggested donation: £7–12 or £15

~~EARTH ELEMENT ~~

represents nourishment and digestion. When we over-consume, and our capacity to process input is overwhelmed, we experience worry and over-thinking.

Spring is here...

“Yang is the energy, active and noisy, the vital force responsible for expanding.” “Yang is the sun and heaven. Yang enables growth; the warmth of the Spring gives rise to birth.” The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Medicine (The Neijing Suwen)

Spring is the time to get up and do.. It is the season of activity. A time of stirring after the cold of winter It is the season of wind, both in the environment and in our bodies. Spring is the season to eat foods with upward energies, such as young, green sprouting above the ground.
