🌕 HAPPY FULL BEAVER SUPERMOON 🌕
In the Northern Hemisphere the November full moon is also known as the 'Beaver Moon', as it is the time of year when beavers retreat into their shelters for the darker and colder period of the year. For all of us in the north - humans, animals and plants alike - it is a time to turn more inwards too.
We can use the longer nights leading up to the winter solstice to take stock of our learnings from this past year; see what is truly valuable to us, what we would like to keep and take with us into the new year and what we would like to leave behind.
May we feel warm, safe, secure and nourished as we are going into the darker and colder season and may we be able to nurture the seeds we choose for our future while they are resting in our hearts over winter. May they take root and grow into the beauty we wish to manifest in our lives when warmth and light return in the springtime.
Let's invite all changes which want to happen in our lives right now to gently unfold under the light of the full moon.
Much Love and Full Moon Blessings to you from Findhorn 💛🌕💛
PS. This November’s full moon is a supermoon, which means that it is supposed to look much bigger and brighter than other full moons. The Beaver Moon is the closest full moon to the earth this year and therefore supposed to appear like the largest and shiniest of the whole year! It will arrive in all its fullness tomorrow morning at 8.19 am GMT, and will surely look impressive as it rises over the next couple of days. 🌕
