Yesterday's 7/7 energy felt deep and still. My body felt quite exhausted as my mind ran old scenarios that I no longer have space for. It was an unsettled day of reflection and release. I needed help, and quite intuitively i reached for a small jar of tiny peridot chips that I have had for years, yet never really known the significance.of. It can feel emotionally painful as we release memories held deeply in the cells of our body, but by taking time to allow them to arise and move through us, space is created for new feelings to fill the vacuum.. new feelings that are in alignment with who we are becoming, and where we are heading. The ability to be able to be still and feel the uncomfortableness of release is deeply precious. It allows space for the old to gently morph into something new - an upgraded version, ready for the next phase of this amazing cosmic adventure. So if anyone's having a wobble, you're probably exhausted, healing and integrating ...well done!!

To soothe and reset frazzled nerves, think soft violet. Breathe in soft healing violet breaths.. Research peridot as a healing gemstone. Breathe in the soft delicate green hue. Turquoise reminds us to trust in the natural cycles of life - the ebb and the flow!

There are times of activity, and times of stillness. I still remember chatting to this young man, he left such an impression. His energy was simple, uncluttered, authentic and filled with a radiant light... His energy field was extremely clear. .. And now, just yesterday, I was chatting to some lovely ladies about colour and one lady mentioned white... and today as if by magic ( or universal design) this post re-appeared reminding me of what a huge vibration WHITE LIGHT holds. I was chatting to a young man this morning when I opened the studio, he told me his favourite colour was white. His car was white, his house was white, his walls and his furniture, all white. Now normally this would have got me thinking ..hmmm..what is going on here? what is missing from his choice? why all this white?
