Relax into lavender! After the intense energy of the last few days things feel more settled today. It's a relief to feel a lull in the intensity, even for a short while--- to rest and re-calibrate. Personally I feel as though a huge energy wave has just peaked, and now, on its way out, it is taking with it a load of stuff we no longer need to carry on our shoulders or or in our hearts, leaving us lighter, softer, brighter!
💜💜💜 Pause for a moment and breathe in the scent of soothing lavender. In....... and out ....... In........ and out...... In....... and out...... as many times as you wish to. Feel the powerful healing properties of the violet ray washing down through every cell in your body, from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. Feel it lighting you up, as it washes away any fear, sadness, depression or anxiety, letting go of any burdens you may carry. Let anything you wish to release wash right out through the soles of your feet and into the earth where it will be transformed. And give yourself permission to just be, in peace and at rest.
And now imagine yourself sitting in a wonderfully comfortable chair in the very centre of a chamber made of pure white crystal. Look up at the high ceiling, and notice the ornate crystalline carvings above your head. Notice too, four twinkling stars directly above you. Each star has a different colour--- violet, pink, gold and white, and each emits a stream of shimmering coloured light. As the light shines down upon you, the four streams of colour mingle together just above your crown and form one unified column of powerful, healing light. This powerful beam of light is of an incredibly high frequency, sourced directly from the angelic spheres. Allow this column of light to pour in through your crown chakra, flooding your body, from head to toe, with the healing energy of pure love. And let this incredible light, sparkle and shimmer, dancing through each and every cell in your body. Feel yourself becoming lighter and softer until you are filled to the brim. And let this gift from the angelic realms lift you up, supporting you in any way you need. Let the violet ray bring healing and connection. The pink ray, love and abundance in every form you wish for. Let the golden ray remind you of the truth of who you really are---a wise and powerful being of light. And let the white light of the creator surround and hold you in purity and in love as you venture forth as the beautiful, powerful being of love that you are. 🙏🙏🙏
