Be Pain Free Music with soothing Alpha Waves & Binaural Beats

Binaural beats are created by playing two different tones in each ear. The brain then interprets the difference between the two tones as a third sound, called a binaural beat. When this happens, the brainwaves of a person synchronize with the frequency of that binaural beat. Studies have shown that this can lead to many benefits for the listener including relaxation, meditation, heightened focus and even sleep!

Alpha waves are also present when people meditate or daydream, and they are associated with feelings of relaxation and stress reduction. It is possible to stimulate alpha waves with binaural beats. This can help people achieve states of relaxation more quickly than they could on their own, which can be helpful for both pain relief and healing purposes.

It's interesting to think about how often people complain about lack of time. Why can’t you find your peaceful moment everyday?

With our lives so busy, we often don’t find the time for things we enjoy. Even when we need to feel calm the most, it can be challenging to stop the chaos.

If you're feeling stressed out and can't find the peace that you need, there are a few quick ways to do so. Check them out below to learn how:

1. Stop What You Are Doing!

To feel alive and in tune with your surroundings, stop what you're doing and take a moment to open your eyes. Look around you. Gaze up to the sky and down to the earth. Finally, refocus your eyes back on the centre

Try taking deep breaths from the diaphragm and exhaling for a long duration, in three rounds. Listen to every inhalation and exhalation on each round.

2. Close Your Eyes

Take a moment to close your eyes and find a sense of peace. You know that everything is still moving, but you are still at the centre of it all. You feel at peace

Breathe in and breathe out all your anxiety. As you inhale, visualize the negative energy flowing from the bottom of your feet up to the top of your head, then exhale and let it go.

When we're feeling stressed and frustrated, often the best thing to do is take a few deep breaths. This simple act can clear your mind, relax your muscles, and create space for peace to enter.

3. Practice Gratitude

Gratitude is an emotion of expressing appreciation. Appreciate the moment of peace you just now created. Though it may only have been a moment, it’s an important moment in your day that finds you in a more clear sense of mind.

Taking the moment to find peace will also grant you benefits you may not have imagined. You’ll find yourself happier, less stressed, and smiling more. You will find patience, have a positive mind and feel grateful, peace will come to your soul. If you stop, close your eyes and show gratitude, you'll ultimately feel the peace you are looking for.
