I used to dread January but now I embrace it and approach it so differently.
January doesn’t need to be rushed.
It’s a month for easing in, listening, and moving with the natural flow of winter — not filling every space with goals and busyness.
Before setting endless goals, allow space to rest, reflect, and feel what this new year actually needs from you.
There’s wisdom in starting slowly and your body and mind will thank you for it!
Lovely quiet weekend here. Treated myself to some flowers and made a delicious chai teabread.
