An easy addition to your Iftar or Eid table.
Reshmi Malai Boti!
Ingredients:
1/2kg boneless chicken cubes
2 tbsp green chili paste
1/2 cup beaten greek yogurt
1 tbsp GG paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp all spices (garam masala)
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray
Instructions:
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Whisk them@up and add the chicken. Cover and put it aside for 5-6 hours or atleast 1 hour (the longer you marinate the better it is).
Once the marination time is over, take the chicken pieces and put them on a wooden skewer.
Take a grill pan brush it with olive oil spray and set it to medium flame. Now carefully place the chicken skewers on it. Keep turning sides so it cooks evenly on all sides.
Set the flame to low. Cover the grill pan with a lid and steam cook on the for 10 minutes.
Optional: Add mozzarella cheese on top. In the end give charcoal smoke.
Serve with roti/nan/paratha.
