Warrior Three π
This might be a fun pose to get into!
Try with a friend or something you can lean on π§ββοΈπ§
1οΈβ£ Staring from a forward fold with your hands stable on the floor or the seat of the chair.
2οΈβ£ Grip the floor with your toes or try this in your shoes for a better support.
3οΈβ£ Bend you knees slightly and start to lift your left leg back and up
4οΈβ£ Start with balancing hoovering your foot of the floor and then see if you can straighten your knee fully
You will know yourself when you are ready to lift your hands off the ground/chair. Keep your head leveled with the ground and gaze on the floor.
