This 2-hour sacred experience is carefully crafted to help you shed the emotional weight of the year, reconnect with your body, and set intentions for the path ahead — all held within the quiet power of Samhain’s energy.
🌿 Four Elements Cleansing Footbath & Breathwork
The ritual begins with a footbath infused with seasonal herbs, salts, and essential oils, honouring Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
While your feet soak, you’ll be guided through a gentle breathwork practice to calm the nervous system and begin the process of release — emotionally, energetically, and physically.
Each element supports a different part of your return to balance:
Water soothes and invites softness
Earth grounds you into your body and truth
Air brings clarity and presence through breath
Fire ignites your inner light — even in the darker seasons
💆♀️ 90-Minute Aromatherapy Massage
Sink into a slow, intuitive massage with oils chosen to support your individual needs. This part of the ritual helps move stagnant energy, relax tension, and create a sense of safety and rootedness in your body.

In today's fast-moving world, ritual may seem like a luxury — or something mystical reserved for “other people.” But in truth, ritual is one of the most ancient and human ways we process change, grief, growth, and transformation.

In this ritual, I also gently weave in elements of imaginative coaching — intuitive questioning, imagery, and embodied awareness — to help you explore what you're ready to release, and what seeds you want to plant for the season ahead.
