- A summary about your current situation before we start
- Weekly note about your days
- A summary about your situation at the end of the 2/3 months
- £10/ week in North Berwick ; £20/ week in Edinburgh to cover room rent
What will happen?
You'll lay down onto a massage table and the practitioner will touch some point on your head lightly.
At the end of the session you are going to have a relaxed mind, light feeling.
