Do this & change your life...

Yesterday I went to the gym for strength training
When I got home I was so confused, it really did feel like I was someone else.

The voice in my head was so unkind!

I spoke to mentor ( even coaches & leaders need support seeing their own blindspots) & she highlighted I didn't do my tools!

These tools I pass onto my clients & what i have embodied for years . This gym experience was actually a blessing/ thank you universe for showing me . Thank you for showing & reminding me just how vital & life changing these daily tools are.

What are these tools?

1)Before I go anywhere public I always clear the energy..
There are many ways to do this but I work with dragon 🐉 energy
I call on the fire dragons to clear the shop,the house ( wherever I am going) & all the people in it , as much as their free will allows & for the highest good of all ( this is very important as we can't go against people's free will). I ask for all low vibrations & anything thats not in my highest alignment to be cleared. Then call on the source dragons which then fill the space and everyone ( as much as free will allows) with love & source energy.

2) I then energetically protect myself. Again there are many ways to do this but I ask Archangel Michael to protect me in his blue bubble of protection

3) I set intentions for how I want the experience to go then release expectations & surrender attachment to the outcome

4) After being around other people I release all energy thar is not mine

I release all energy that is not mine, & I surrender it into the divine ( you can imagine all the energy leavin your feet & going into the earth... I say this 3 times)

I do this EVERY time I leave my home 🏡

I didn't do it yesterday & it just reminded me of the power of being in your own energy & being protected from everyone else's.

There was one machine where I sat down to use & I cried .. the self talk was so cruel & unkind & it baffled me - I do not attatch or believe such limitations!
Clearly someone else had a hard time on this machine, and because I hadn't cleared the space or protected myself, I took it on as my own!

What happens when the unseen becomes seen? 👀

Story time 📖..

I have a soul sister .co who is a healer, a conduit & she channelled something for me so profound it had great impact in all areas of my life.

" Be bigger!" Channelled in 2023
" Be EVEN BIGGER!" Channelled 2024

My soul sister wasn't just talking about my tall stature ( I'm 6ft) or my big smile, it was a message that hit very deep...

Stop playing small Nicola
Stop dimming your light
Stop allowing others access to your energy when they shouldn't be in your life
Stop caring what others think because of fear of judgement & rejection.

This powerful message of " Be bigger" & "Be EVEN bigger" was exactly what I needed to hear. I did not SEE this blindspot. These messages had HUGE impact in my life - personally & professionally: Throat chakra blasted open - I spoke my truth even more which ended up in my boundaries being even higher & I removed people from my life.

Another example :
I was performing on stage with the choir I am a part of. I was at the back (eventhough I am tall) I could not be seen. The performance was amazing 👏🏼 Afterwards a friend said to me "eventhough I couldn't really see you, I saw your big smile & I felt your big energy right through the crowd"
This was fantastic to have this reflected back to me & a great reminder our energy talks for us . Everything is energy ✨️ When manifesting its our energy we have to get right first THEN we see it in the physical. Then our dreams become pur reality.

None of this would of happened in this beautiful way, if a blindspot hadn't been brought to my attention .

There is great power in bringing the unseen to light ✨️

Yes ! Not all of us reincarnated on earth, some of us (like myself) came from the stars. I originally had a life on Orion,then reincarnated on other planets/ star systems ie sirius & Venus.

I'm celebrating you & every soul choosing to do this deep inner work . It's not always easy (if it was,everyone would do it). I'm celebrating you because you could have given up, but you kept going. You just have this deep inner knowing you are meant to have it all! I absolutely love this for you 🖤
I know you are taking your power back by looking at what you've experienced, & finding the lesson . These lessons alchemise your pain & it's here you discover nuggets of wisdom that cultipult your growth & expansion. You & other souls on this journey are not just evolving for you, but for your partners & your family.
You are also impacting the collective consciousness, because every time we work on ourselves, the overall vibration of the earth rises. We are one 🌎

What is Energy healing ? ✨

There are many different modalities of Energy healing, the modalities I have means I have ability to tap into source, angelic , animal , elemental and dragon energies .

They each bring about different ways of healing and have specific roles . For example: The Dragon healing I facilitate specialises in deep heart healing , where as working with power animals and harnessing the support from our ancestors - a soul retrieval can take place .

Why Energy healing ?

Energy healing can literally heal the body , upgrade your DNA , cleanse your bones , muscle mass , blood etc . Physical ailments can be healed .

Energy healing can be used as a stress reliever, a way to feel in balance - emotionally, physically , spiritually & mentally .

It can also give us a deeper understanding why we are the way we are , from examining and healing our past lives .

Energy healing can be facilitated on any age .
My youngest client is 2 years old. I think it’s a real gift to facilitate deep healing on children , especially healing and clearing their past lives . They don’t have to go through their life with these programs and patterns which can be pulled immediately, therefore enhancing their human experience at a young age . My 2 year old client had physical pain ( stomach and digestive issues ) - with a few sessions of energy healing this dramatically improved . The clients parents say he is happier , more himself and full of life .

Energy healing changed my life - from healing my womb , irregular periods, severe Anxiety to creating a life full of bliss, joy , success & freedom .
