💜 Did you know September is World Alzheimer’s Month? This month is dedicated to raising awareness, sharing knowledge and helping to break down the stigma around dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. It’s also a gentle reminder that behind every diagnosis is a person - and a family - with love and hope.

Out and about again! Fish and chips at The Waiting Room, a little retail therapy at the Gyle Shopping Centre (Marks and Spencer, Costa Coffee and Waterstones were big hits) and a relaxing canal boat ride to top it all off = days very well spent 😍

Our lounges in Morningside have had a little makeover! We’ve added beautiful new furniture to the 1st and 2nd floor lounges, making them even more welcoming and comfortable for everyone to enjoy 🛋️☕

Monday Reflections at Thorburn Manor! On Friday we gathered together for a cuppa, chats and memories as we marked VJ Day 🌸

Our residents enjoyed telling stories, reminiscing and having a few laughs. A lovely way to honour the day and remember the moments that truly matter 🕊️
