Come join Connie and Rachel from for a Journey through sound and being witnessed. Lie down on your mat and let the Innerdance unfold, as you allow yourself to 'Be'.

✨What is Innerdance?✨

The soundscape carefully recreates the circadian rhythms that cycles through the 24 hours of the day. Using diﬀerent sound frequencies and waves, you will venture into an awaken-dream like state of consciousness.

The soundscape is supported by intuitive energy work, bodywork and gentle touch given by Rachel and Connie.

After the soundscape there will be space for you to share your journey or any emotions, thoughts, feelings that Innerdance may have brought up for you. With the opportunity to sit and witness and be witnessed by those around you.

Definitely late on posting this 😂 But ah seeing Ludovico Einaudi live was a once in a life time experience 😍 the whole thing was like being in an innerdance. Was a truly amazing experience shared with 2 of my fav people ❤️

Join Innerdance Edinburgh for Slow Vibes Sunday, where you will enter a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

Give yourself a break from the busy-ness of life and set yourself up for the week ahead by tending to yourself and slowing down.

This event is different from our regular Innerdance journeys, as we will journey through a soundscape of delta and theta waves, supporting you to enter a state of inner peace and calmness.

During this journey, Connie and Rachel help you to regulate your nervous system through gentle touch and energy work. Sit back and relax allowing yourself to feel fully held and witnessed in your relaxation.

This journey will take place in a cozy cave of salt at Edinburgh Salt Rooms. You will relax in comfortable seats as you experience the powerful benefits of salt therapy.

Let the sounds melt away any stress and tension you are holding in your body and leave this event feeling relaxed and rejuvinated.

What your ticket includes!

🌼Grounding and Meditation.
🌼Become a representative in a Family Constellation session.

£15 for a ticket, £25 if you bring a friend.

Family Constellations reveals to us the trauma's that were experienced by our ancestors and trapped within the family system. When people are excluded from our family unit and issues are ignored they don't just go away or disappear. Instead the trauma is passed down from parent to child, in hopes of being energetically rebalanced and seen. This can present its self in many problems we face such as, physical illness, pain, mental health problems, addiction, toxic relationships and much more.

Through Family Constellation work we will not only start to heal these genetic patterns for ourselves but also for the past and future generations within our family unit.

During the sessions we will energetically delve into the clients family's past to find out what has been excluded or hidden. We will acknowledge the trauma's and give honor to your ancestors. Giving back all, you have been carrying for them and allowing yourself the freedom from there stories.

As a representative in the Constellation, you will be stepping into another attendees ancestral energy field, to assist with there journey. This will bring a big energy shift and heal any simular stories and patterns you share within your own system. Often when you are repping, you will see how simular situations have effected your own life and it will give you a better understanding and bring clarity to your situations.

Family Constellations is also an amazing way to develop and work with your intuition. It allows you to open up and let go whilst seeing your truth in a safe space.

Earth Innerdance tickets in Instagram bio

During this event, we will journey with the element of Earth during Ta**us season (earth sign).

Date: 2nd of May
Time: 7 to 9pm
Location: Yellow Bamboo Yoga, Portobello

Earth represents growth, fertility, grounding and stability. It is the womb from which all life springs.

Earth brings stability and firm foundations – it is the container which holds and nurtures us as we journey through life (just like a mother).

Earth is our physical body and inner cycles as well as our connection to mother nature and Her cycles– as both are inter-connected.

As you journey through the Earth Innerdance, you will connect more deeply to your physical body and environment around you and plant seeds for what you want to invite into your life.

We will start with a period of reflection and intention setting before we invite you to lie down on your yoga mat and journey with the element of Earth.

Signs your Inner Earth Element is out of Balance:

✨Have illnesses or ailments in your physical body
✨Feel disconnected from your body and stuck in your thoughts, you may also feel off-with the fairies
✨Not feeling present in life and unable to live in the moment
