Fear of the dark, school, making mistakes, or being alone… πŸŒ™πŸ“š
With EFT (gentle tapping on the body), children can learn to calm their body and mind in a simple and safe way.

🌈 Simple EFT sequence for FEAR (1 sentence per point):

βœ‹ 1. Side of the hand (Karate Chop)
β€œEven though I feel scared, I am safe.”

πŸ‘† 2. Top of the head
β€œI can breathe and calm down.”

πŸ‘οΈ 3. Eyebrow
β€œIt’s okay now.”

πŸ‘€ 4. Side of the eye
β€œMy body is calm.”

πŸ‘ƒ 5. Under the eye
β€œI am brave.”

🀍 Final sentence (on the chest or with a deep breath):
