π When fear shows up, we can teach the body how to calm down.
Fear is a normal emotion for children.
Fear of the dark, school, making mistakes, or being aloneβ¦ ππ
With EFT (gentle tapping on the body), children can learn to calm their body and mind in a simple and safe way.
π Simple EFT sequence for FEAR (1 sentence per point):
β 1. Side of the hand (Karate Chop)
βEven though I feel scared, I am safe.β
π 2. Top of the head
βI can breathe and calm down.β
ποΈ 3. Eyebrow
βItβs okay now.β
π 4. Side of the eye
βMy body is calm.β
π 5. Under the eye
βI am brave.β
π€ Final sentence (on the chest or with a deep breath):
βI can stay calm.β
π§ββοΈ How to do it:
β’ Gently tap each point (5β7 taps)
β’ Say the sentence out loud or quietly
β’ Take a deep breath at the end
β’ Repeat if needed
π Just 2 to 5 minutes can make a big difference!
