Weβre back on 28th and 29th March, for a weekend designed to help you move, stretch, release and properly unwind - pick what you need! Whether energising and playful or slow and deeply restorative, choose the experience that suits you - no experience required.
SATURDAY 28TH MARCH

9.15β10.45am β Aerial Yoga Workshop (3 SPACES LEFT)
A balanced session building strength, fitness and flexibility using the hammock for support. Playful, accessible and open to beginners with a basic level of fitness and standard range of movement.
π¦ 11.00amβ12.30pm β Flow & Deep Stretch Aerial Yoga (3 SPACES LEFT)
A combination of strength work and long supported stretches - expect to feel energised and then wonderful release. Suitable for anyone with a basic level of fitness and standard range of movement.
π¦ 12.45β2.15pm β Aerial Sound Bath & Yin Flow
Slow yin-style stretching followed by a cocooned rest in the hammocks accompanied by a live sound bath. Deeply calming and grounding. Suitable for anyone with a standard range of movement.
π 2.30β4.00pm β Aerial Sound Bath (1 SPACE LEFT)
Minimal movement, lots of support - optional gentle stretching, then lie back and be immersed in sound while the hammock holds you. Suitable for most.
π 4.15β5.15pm β Aerial Sound Bath
A one-hour version for pure relaxation and reset. Just lie back and rest. No movement at all. Suitable for most.
SUNDAY 29TH MARCH
π¦ 10.00β11.30am β Flow & Deep Stretch Aerial Yoga
A repeat of the above from Saturday but with a different focus. A bit of work and a big release.
β¨ These workshops are designed to be welcoming, small-group and non-intimidating.
β¨ Most sessions are suitable for beginners or those returning to movement. For more information, get in touch.
β¨ The hammock supports your body throughout, so you can work gently, rest deeply, or challenge yourself, depending on the class you choose.
