This last 6months has shown us, in real time, how complicated life can be, and how important it is to keep well as we navigated difficult times.
Two key things has been the people & support around us as well as maintaining healthy routines.

Two different stories
Both emerging after tumultuous times
Both feeling the benefits of holding health & wellbeing as a priority, even when it felt impossible
Our retreats are more than a getaway, they are based around needs that are understood and shared supportive experiences. Here our top 4 aspects we’ve moved mentally to create space for wellbeing:
- Lived this ➡️ just because we can do it all doesn’t mean we should
- Reprioritised to make space: saying no to energy drainers, made difficult choices and yes to recharging
- Taking the support: Professionally and personally from others and each other. Our business relationship was excellent, over this period we have found a deeper respect for each other in so many other ways
- Making concious choices: Routines, nourishment & movement
We had to reschedule some of our retreats (difficult decision) and taken some time ourselves. When we met last week, we honestly couldn’t contain our excitement about our up-coming Winter Warmer retreat in October.
We will shared more later, what we can say is that it’s complete soul nourishment. 🫶🍂🔥
