I offer two main services-Sports Massage and Swedish Massage. Sports Massage is a focussed, targeted therapy designed to improve functionality and range of motion. Swedish Massage is a relaxing therapy that reduces tightness and discomfort, benefitting overall well-being.

One place has become available for Softening into Spring this Sunday (1 March) The Wellness Barn Edinburgh.

This is a gentle, 2-hour yoga workshop designed to help you soften unnecessary effort and reconnect with grounded support as the season begins to shift.

The group is small (maximum 7), and the afternoon will include slow, accessible movement and a short private reflection time.

If you had considered it earlier and thought it was full, there is now space for one more person.
