Just to let you know, roadworks have appeared this morning just along the road from the clinic. Between Dolphin Road and the community centre.

There was long tailbacks both directions this morning! There are no signs to indicate how long they will be there for.

Please give yourself extra time coming to clinic this week.

The clinic will be closed all day today due to the red alert weather. Everyone who had appointments booked in for today were called last night and rescheduled.

If you have any problems, please email the clinic on info@abc-chiropractic.co.uk as I can pick up on emails from home and reply. I can’t access messages on the answering machine at all remotely.

A belated Day 12 of the ‘12 days of Christmas’ !

Phew, thankfully we are back to normal again! So happy to be back in clinic and catching up with everyone today. It is a very busy afternoon here in clinic so please make sure you have your next appointment scheduled in.

My next health class is on Tuesday 21 January at 5pm. If you haven’t been to a class yet then please call us to reserve your place and we will book you in. It is limited numbers for the class.

🎄Day 6 of the ‘12 Days of Christmas’ 🎄

Wow, we are half way through already!! Let’s get moving and get back into our routine of doing our back, neck and shoulder stretching routine.

You should aim to do 3x reps of this routine each time you do it. Aim to do this 4x every day. I recommend doing it first thing in the morning (after a quick warm up of walking on the spot for 1-2 mins), then at lunchtime, dinner time and before going to bed.

These basic spinal range of motion exercises are essential to keep your spine flexible.

As the saying goes ‘If you don’t use it, you lose it!’ Movement is life so let’s go!! 🙌
