Hey everyone!

I hope you're all doing well! 🌟

I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to start the metabolic reset soon.

My goal is
🌿 to detox,
🌿 to cleanse my body, and
🌿 lose a few pounds

so that I feel

💪 fitter,
💪 have more energy, and
💪 generally feel more balanced. 🌱💪.

I thought it might be something some of you would be interested in learning more about—or even joining me on! It’s all about refreshing both body and mind, focusing on clean eating, and just giving ourselves a reset.

If you’re curious about it or want to give it a try together, let me know! It could be fun to support each other through the process and see how it goes.

Either way, I’d love to hear your thoughts! 😊

Take care, Ines

I am following the astrologer Silke Schäfer

She just posted the following in her channel:

“From October 23, 2024 to April 2025, with the triple opposition of Mars and Pluto, strong forces begin to take hold that we should use for self-empowerment and to improve the world.

Almost impossible things can be achieved if we succeed in taking the power away from manipulation and victimhood.

Because an urgency for new big steps can now be felt. In doing so, we can discover powers that we didn't even know we were capable of.”

Let’s use the power of the stars, 🌟 the universe, for self-empowerment and improvement of the planet 🌍.

And the desire and the decision to change always starts with in us , ie with ME, with YOU. 💕🌟✨

What do you intend to change within you?

PS: Remember even the 1000 mile way starts with the first step.

‘’Those who have no time for their health will one day have to have time to be ill. by Arthur Schopenhauer 🌱🌱

For me, this quote says that prioritising our health is not a luxury, but a necessity. In an everyday life that is often overloaded with commitments and appointments, we tend to put healthy habits on the back burner.

There are many things we can do in every day to support our health and it doesn't have to come with only an expensive price tag as well.

1. Breathing - deep breathing is something very easy to do you might smile at me, seriously, yes, seriously - that simple! Why? Deep breathing and focusing particularly on the out breath really calms down your nervous system. The deep outbreaths also de-acidify your body making the body alkaline.
2. Walking in Nature - you probably heard about "forest bathing". Its simply speaking going into nature, spending time in the forest with a purpose to inhale the fresh air, listen to the noise of the leaves, the trees, the animals, the birds...
3. Laughing - Raising your energy and vibration by laughing.
4. Moving - gentle stretches and twists standing, seated and/or laying down helps with your lymphatic system to move toxins in your body
5. Positive thoughts - keep a positive mindset to anything that you do. Everything happens for a reason!
6. Supportive and positive environment - surround yourself with people that make you feel good about yourself and have a positive mindset and hold the space for you as well.
7. Food - Eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, loads of green leafy vegetables and whole food is essential. Sugar, processed food, high carb products make the body acidic and sluggish.
8. Water - fresh water, ideally 2 liters of water every day to flush out the toxins from your body that are created just by your normal metabolism and/or absorb through our environment. Water that is enhanced with molecular hydrogen is so much more beneficial as well. Molecular hydrogen supplies cells with water.
9. Emotions - releasing your emotions in a safe way and feeling your emotions is essential to keep your body healthy too.
10. Supplementation - High quality food like supplementation in our busy life is essential to restore the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients that our body needs to stay fit and healthy and to keep us resilient with any life challenges.

For many who know me a bit better, I struggled with my skin: itchy, inflamed and flaky. The diagnosis of the autoimmune condition was Dermatomyositis in 2005, an inflammation of the skin and muscle tissue.
Ever since, I am trying to get on top of it, even studied Nutritional Therapy to understand what my body needs to heal.
There are so many aspects to healing. It is by no means gradual and just one thing. Incorporating it all (body, mind and sou)l takes a lot of ownership and accountability, and courage to challenge the status quo.

Since about two years I do regular gut cleanses and detoxes and nourish my body with high quality food like micronutrients and I can really see the difference it is making in my body. The section of the book that I am about to share with you confirms to me that I am doing the right thing for my body. 🙌❤

I am reading and translating a German book by Kurt Tepperwein called “Jungbrunnen De-acidificatin”. Kurt describes in detail how overacidity in our body contributes to so many illnesses. Very interesting book indeed. Happy to share it if you are interested.
Chapter 7 of the book lists over 99 acidity-related illness.

Quote from the book: Enjoy reading it.
"Skin diseases
The skin is our largest organ, weighing around 20 kilograms and covering an area of almost 2 square metres. The body also tries to get rid of excess acid through the skin.
If it does not succeed in doing this sufficiently because we do not sweat enough, eczema, pustules, lichen and acne develop.
Other possible consequences are: severe redness, excessively dry or cracked skin, constant itching, pale and dull skin, blemishes, blackheads and brown spots.
Even cellulite and connective tissue changes are at least partly caused by hyperacidity, as the body prefers to deposit excess acids in the connective tissue. Stubborn tendonitis and, of course, inflammation of the stomach, gut and mucous membranes as well as nettle rash and fungal diseases also have their origins in hyperacidity.

All these symptoms are the body's cry for help. But even serious skin diseases can be effectively improved or cured as soon as the body is deacidified. The skin is our body's natural garment. It reacts very sensitively to all environmental influences, but above all it makes the inner situation visible: true beauty comes from within. The skin and gut are closely connected, so for every skin disease it is important to ensure that the gut is in order or is reorganised. The most important step here is to de-acidify the body through alkaline nutrition and alkaline food supplements. Only then can other measures take effect.

Collagens form the framework of our connective tissue and also ensure that our skin remains smooth and elastic. However, they virtually attract acids, which causes the skin to become less elastic and age prematurely. However, this can be effectively prevented. The daily alkaline flood in particular has a very visible effect here. Regular alkaline baths also accelerate the nourishing and healing effect.

I am happy to share the e-book as well as what I am doing if you are interested. 🫶
