Who am I?
We are so heavily conditioned, conditioned by our society, our family, our religion, our culture and belief systems, and our gender. We are conditioned by our education systems, the media, and by the expectations others have for us. We often do not even know who we are behind this. What do we really think, really feel, really believe for ourselves? Who are we?
Meditation helps us understand ourselves, it helps us to remove the layers of conditioning allowing us to come back to ourselves and to find a peace within.
The power of conscious breathing, bringing yourself into your body, gently directing your awareness and attention away from your thoughts and into the movement of your breath in your body is the first step on this path.
Meditation has changed my life, it has brought me back to myself, to the essence of who I am, and it can do this for you too.
