Holidays in Sicily came to an end,
and from tomorrow we are back to business as usual.
Leaving you some pictures of what this fabulous country has to offer.
Still spaces available this week to book appointments for and
What's the difference between both categories?
Very simple:
1. SPORTS THERAPY is part of the physical therapy which is the medical approach to the soft tissues. You will find this therapy under the name of , I will use all the techniques, such as myofascial release, PNF, TPT, acupuncture/dry-needling etc, that are necessary to identify/ resolve and easy off the problem and prepare a plan of 'home care'.
2. COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES are all the therapies that are more in the side of the relaxation or that are complementary to a medical plan already in place. Examples of treatments are: Swedish/deep tissue massage, hot stone/bamboo massage etc.
It is important to distinguish the two of them to know what to expect when you go for a massage. In any case, the therapist will always know what your body needs and conduct the treatment as beneficially as possible for you.
