I am conducting a study on how people in Edinburgh use online food delivery platforms like Just Eat, Deliveroo, UberEATS, etc. to buy groceries and ready to eat food. The aim is to understand how these platforms are changing the way we access food and what this means for health and local food systems. If you live in Edinburgh and use these services, I d love to hear from you. Study runs until mid July. Participation involves a short interview, in person or online.
