Future Proof Retreat is the brain child of Fiona O Farrell (Step into Calm) & Joanne Myles (Jojo Yoga). Collaborating to host wellness experiences near you.

Our retreat will gently immerse you in a range of practises that will shift and shape your physical and emotional wellbeing, leaving you invigorated and refreshed. It is the perfect opportunity to reset and rebalance mind and body.

If you can't make that date get in touch.
