Monthly Community Therapies

We've successfully wrapped up our 4th community therapy session since March💫🙏🏻
We are going for a break to recharge our energies.✨

Mark your calendars for the end of September when we'll return! and from a team of three dedicated individuals, we've now grown to a fabulous team of five passionate souls.💕

The aim of Community Therapies is to provide affordable therapies for all. Each of the centre's therapists is in training or is a fully trained massage and/or Reiki therapist with insurance.

The experience will begin with a walk through the wildflowers where you will be introduced to the plants that will be used in your treatment. The treatment will be entirely holistic including a foot spa, hand massage, plant music, singing bowls and herbal teas alongside the facial itself. Led facials:
Facial Therapist Sharly Muir from Organic Cabinet will be leading group facial experiences, guiding you through a step-by-step full professional facial. Your session will start with a meander through the meadow followed by an opening tea ceremony where you will pick your own herbs to make a refreshing and cleansing drink. You'll learn about the flowers and herbs used in your self administered facial as well as youth boosting massage techniques, the art of floral facial steaming and how really to apply a clay mask. This experience is also available as part of our evening event 'Meadow Musings at Dusk'.

I thought I share a little bit of myself, I'm Bettina and a fully qualified and independent Holistic Therapist, with many years of experience in offering my professional, personalised approach based within the heart of the beautiful Old Town Edinburgh.

I offer a diverse range of facial treatments utilizing renowned organic natural skincare brands. My services not only focus on relaxation but also provide result-oriented care.

I also have several holistic treatments to offer, holistic is sometimes referred to as wholistic, is the philosophy and practice of healing that has to do with constantly supporting the whole body meaning the physical body, the mind and the spirit at the highest level of total wellness and balance. Such as Reiki Energy Healing is a gently, simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self- improvement that everyone can use.

Alongside, Sound meditation is a type of mindfulness meditation that uses sounds of different instruments to focus the mind. Sound meditation can be an effective way to reduce stress and promote relaxation. It can also improve sleep quality and increase feelings of well-being.

I’m committed to giving my clients the best experience possible, focusing on their specific needs and tailoring my treatments to suit each individual.
