For a long time, I thought nutrition had to be strict, serious, and only about food.

But the truth is:
The gut is connected to everything (our mind, stress, sleep, emotions).
Bloating is common, yes but not “normal.”
And healing doesn’t have to mean restriction. It can be soft. Joyful. Chocolate-friendly.

I share this because if you’ve ever felt confused, ashamed, or exhausted by health advice... I’ve been there too.

Durante muito tempo, achei que nutrição tinha de ser rígida, séria, e só sobre comida.

Mas a verdade Ă© que:
O intestino estå ligado a tudo (mente, stress, sono, emoçÔes).

E o processo de cura pode ser leve. Prazeroso. Pode incluir chocolate.

It’s the messenger.

Ever felt butterflies, random bloating, weird fatigue, or brain fog that comes out of nowhere?
