I have to admit it is rare I go to see my GP these days. Go back 15+ years, and this may not have been the case. Although I have worked in the health care service for several decades but then as a health care professional l realise that I was only part looking after myself, the physical self not the mental, emotional and spiritual self which ultimately leads to physical impairment. Thankfully, once I discovered many holistic tools, not just nutrition, it has all changed for the better. If holistic and spiritual health care could be more widely recognised and prescribed what a different world we would/could be living in! I'm gonna hang out with my feelings until I figure out which ones are real and which ones aren't.

It's wild, but if you can separate those feelings and check in with yourself, you start down a really cool path... if you want to! 😉

Chilling out and doing a quick body scan, from head to toe, noticing any stress and letting it go, is how I acknowledge how I feel. I do this every day in the shower – it's like a spiritual cleanse, getting rid of any feelings that aren't mine. I don't start until I imagine my toes growing roots like a tree, grounding me. Then, I picture myself in a bubble, protecting my energy. No one can easily get in, keeping me safe.

Give it a shot. See how your day goes. It's important to know how you feel, or if you're picking up other people's emotions from the shops, the bus, or work. 😉
