LETS TALK ABOUT THE 2 CLAIRS LINKED TO TASTE AND SMELL

These are clairs that I often get in spiritual mediumship. But it is not always linked to my love of food often but also hospital experience and exposure to medical conditions. Its not always nice and tasty stuff however! I first started to notice smells when I worked on the clinical and palliative care hospital wards. I would know a certain smell linked to imminant death. I must stress this is quite rare; and not something I even knew what it was at the time. I thought it was normal, but obviously not.

Clairalience (or Clairolfactance): This is the psychic sense of clear smelling. It involves detecting scents or odors that have no physical source, such as perfume, smoke, or flowers associated with a deceased loved one or spirit guide. This clair is quite rare. It has been noted in research "for the most part, there is no smell that precipitates death, and there is no smell immediately after death." The 2 chemicals responsible are called putrescine and cadaverine.

Clairgustance: This is the psychic sense of clear tasting. It involves experiencing tastes (such as a specific food, drink, or even metallic tastes) in the mouth without physically ingesting anything.

Morning gratitude 🙏
Out in the garden today as usual with my fur bestie Grounding barefoot on the grass, recharging and checking in on all my plants and fruit trees, I was reminded of this nursery rhyme reminding us to be grateful of nature and our own bodies. Remember to check in on your body, your vessel, your armour daily.
