Ever noticed how easy it can be to move through sun salutations or vinyasas on auto-pilot? It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it can get a bit sloppy when we’re less focused on what we’re doing. Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about the various components of the sequences and how they all fit together. This workshop will break down the constituent parts, we’ll look at each in detail, then put it all together and get a nice flow going. It doesn’t matter if the sun isn’t shining outside, you’ll still be leaving with a warm glow 🌞
