Hello everyone, here's my revised schedule with a new yin yoga class - slow paced, soothing, passive stretching and wholly floor based so very accessible. Targets your deep connective tissues, improving circulation in the joints and flexibility. as we slow down and take our focus inside we slow down the chatter of the mind also.

Hello everyone, new yoga classes starting next week (17 March) in Ravelston (20 Craigleith Gardens).

Small classes ensure a practice that meets you where you are (both physically and mentally), with options and modifications for everybody.

Gentle flow is perfect for beginners and those wanting a slower paced class.

Vinyasa flow is more dynamic, smoothly transitioning from pose to pose carried by the breath.

Yin is a floor based, slow paced, passive class that targets the deep connective tissues to improve circulation in the joints and flexibility - uber relaxing and accessible to all.
