This space I’ve created honestly makes me feel so chilled and grounded and getting to share it with incredible women is the best!

Woman being able to get things off their chest in a relaxed, safe environment plus leave feeling lighter and fully body relaxed - a feeling of reset 😌

The symbol in my logo — a figure holding scales with the sun and moon — represents balance. Conversations have been about more socialising, more drinks, more plans that feel hard to say no to and that is so nice there’s also struggle!

It’s about listening to your body’s cues and giving yourself the actual rest you need so your mind and body don’t run on empty.

Inputs: Busy lifestyle

The symptoms? Fatigue. Irritability. Feeling off.

Breathing has been studied for years but most of us don’t actually know what an optimal breath looks like or how our everyday breathing might be working against us…

Doing a breathwork practice is one thing. But your real breathing patterns show up when you’re stuck in traffic, scrolling for hours, sorting email etc etc! It’s in those everyday moments that our actual habits show up—and those are the ones worth paying attention to.

I’m learning loads about my own breath right now too as we assess ourselves first but I’ve also been really encouraged to teach as I learn, which actually helps retain the info more. And honestly, it’s only week one and I’m already humbled - breathing is way more complex, fascinating, and impactful than I ever thought 💕🤯.

I created my breathwork + reflexology packages after doing a one-day course with a reflexologist who trained under . Now I’m learning directly from her teacher—and everything I’m learning is getting poured straight into my sessions (no extra cost, of course).

Breathing techniques to help self regulate are something we should have learned in school. One of my clients is already teaching her son some of the techniques we’ve worked on which is so cute and beautiful!

I’m certified in breathwork for the nervous system as a reflexologist, which is a deeply regulating practice alongside reflexology treatments. I’ll link the packages on my story or you can find them on my website too!

60-80% of us aren’t breathing efficiently on a day to day basis (including me) ! Shallow, fast, or mouth breathing can increase stress, fatigue, and tension—without us even realising it… but we aren’t taught🤯

I monitor your breathing during your reflexology treatment. This helps me navigate the reflexology sessions and also see how your body is responding. Reflexology definitely helps with stress (I’ve experienced this first hand and see it daily with my clients) but you can’t exactly get your feet out mid meeting, on the school run or during a stressful situation and I want to support my clients beyond the treatment room!
