It’s been incredibly heartwarming to receive so many encouraging messages since I started my online classes. Teaching has always been my passion, and knowing that my classes have made a real difference in people’s lives means the world to me.

I just have to share this beautiful message from Jennie:

‘Bernardo!!! I’m so happy you’re doing online classes!!!! I’ve missed your yoga and Pilates classes so much!! You are the best teacher ever and I’ve been hunting across London and none come close! 🧡 I’m away this weekend so can’t join any of them, and I’m very grumpy about it! But please, please do more, and I’ll do them all!! Haha. My body changed and looked the best it ever has when I was doing your classes back in Edinburgh—not to mention how much you healed my central nervous system!! You’re a life changer!’

That went well. It was so nice to reconnect with you beautiful people again. I will be holding classes over the next weekend same time and day for pilates (Sunday 9am UK time). And I will add a couple more classes (vinyasa yoga and body conditioning) on saturday morning. Watch out for the deets.
