I’ve truly been in hibernation mode.
A quiet turning inward.
A soft retreat from the fullness of life on the outside.
Resting. Listening. Being.
And now… I feel the gentle nudge of spring.
The snowdrops and crocuses are popping their tiny heads through the soil — not forcing, not striving — simply being. A quiet reminder that spring is just around the corner. 🌱
Nature never rushes. It honours its seasons.
And so can we.
There is nothing more precious, more valuable, than tending to your own wellbeing. Listening to your inner wisdom. Trusting what feels aligned — in this moment, in this season of your life.
Sometimes alignment looks like retreat.
Sometimes it looks like renewal.
Sometimes it looks like stepping back into the light.
As spring gently whispers, I find myself preparing inwardly to move back into the fullness of life — with balance, presence, and joy.
Not from pressure.
Not from expectation.
But from a natural readiness.
And perhaps that’s the invitation for all of us. 💖🤗
☀️A Gentle Reflective Practice for You☀️
Take a few quiet minutes today and ask yourself:
What season am I in right now — winter, spring, summer, or autumn?
What is my inner wisdom asking for more of?
What might I be ready to gently move toward?
You don’t need big answers.
Just notice.
Just listen.
And trust that, like the snowdrops, you will rise in your own perfect timing.
With Love from me to you 💖🤗💖
