If you have been affected by flooding please take the time to report your experience to SEPA.
The idea your comments help SEPA to understand Potentially Vulnerable Areas (PVAs) where significant flood risk exists now, or is likely to occur in the future, to then help understand and prioritise where future flood pretention work could benefit the most.

happy to offer one to one session in evenings for example to help daddies bond or daytime on a monday or friday.
nicest way is to get a few friends round 4-5 max and make it a social thing a session each week for 4 - 5 weeks approx half an hour talking theory seeing strokes on different part of body building up to whole body cup of tea something sweet to eat and chat
handouts and oils provided
