Lucy No Lotus Yoga I first tried yoga when I was 13 but it wasn’t until I was at university that I began to build a more regular practice.

e a slow flow with elements of the above practices. I completed my 200-hour foundation training in 2017 and took a further 100-hour training in Yin and Advanced Anatomy in 2018. I have found the practice of yoga to be invaluable in supporting my physical, emotional and mental health and I find an incredible sense of joy in sharing this with others.

Our story

I first tried yoga when I was 13 but it wasn’t until I was at university that I began to build a more regular practice. Since my early 20s I have enjoyed exploring a variety of styles, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iynengar, Kundalini, Aerial and Yin.

My classes are a slow flow with elements of the above practices. I completed my 200-hour foundation training in 2017 and took a further 100-hour training in Yin and Advanced Anatomy in 2018.

I have found the practice of yoga to be invaluable in supporting my physical, emotional and mental health and I find an incredible sense of joy in sharing this with others.
